Connoder Connector & Cable Sample Policy

  • Free samples

    Free samples are available for some standard products, the specific quantity and conditions depend on the product type. Free samples are limited to first-time applications, and subsequent repeated applications may require further evaluation.

  • Charged Samples

    For specific models or high-value products, sample fees may be charged. The sample fees collected will be deducted when the customer confirms the formal order.

  • Delivery Time


    Connoder will process and confirm the shipment of samples within 7 working days after receiving the complete sample application. If the sample stock is insufficient, the customer will be notified promptly and an estimated delivery time will be provided.

  • Freight Standard

    Freight is borne by the customer and the cost will be confirmed and notified to the customer before the sample is shipped.

  • Restrictions on Use

    After receiving the samples, customers are required to test them within a reasonable range to ensure that the samples are not damaged. Samples are for internal evaluation and testing purposes only and may not be resold or used for other commercial purposes without written permission.

  • Right to amend the policy

    Connoder reserves the right to amend this sample policy at any time. Any amendments will be announced on the official website and all relevant customers will be notified in a timely manner.

  • Customer Feedback

How to Get Free Samples?

We understand your request for free samples and appreciate your need. However, providing free samples to every customer will put a huge financial pressure on our costs. Therefore, we need to limit the scope of free sample products. We decided to apply the free sample policy only to the following customers:

VIP Customers

We will provide free samples to VIP customers. VIP customers are our important long-term partners who have always supported and contributed to our brand and products.

Potential Customers and Brand Customers

We are also willing to provide free samples to potential customers and customers with their own brands.

Special Project Customers

Customers with specific project or R&D needs can apply for free samples after evaluation to promote technical exchanges and product verification.

Sample fee refund policy

Can the Sample Fee Be Refunded?

We understand your request for free samples and appreciate your need. However, providing free samples to every customer will put a huge financial pressure on our costs. Therefore, we need to limit the scope of free sample products. We decided to apply the free sample policy only to the following customers:

Official order deduction

If the customer chooses to continue to customize the connector, and the minimum order quantity of a single model reaches 500 pieces, or after mutual agreement, the paid sample fee can be deducted from the total order amount. This policy is intended to reward customers who decide to continue cooperation and place bulk orders, and it is also our response to their trust and support.

Emergency

After paying the sample fee, it is decided not to customize, and the sample has not yet started production. Major problems caused by us during the sample production process have resulted in failure to deliver on time or fail to meet customer requirements.

Refund Process

If the conditions for sample fee refund are met, we will follow the following process: The customer needs to submit a refund request to our customer service team, along with relevant order and payment information. We will verify the request and assess the refund eligibility. Once the refund is approved, we will initiate the refund process based on the refund method selected by the customer. Refund time may vary depending on the refund method selected and the processing speed of the financial institution.

Please note that sample fees cannot be refunded in the following cases: The customer has confirmed and started making samples. The samples have been completed and meet the customer's requirements and expectations.
